the process

Thanks for your interest in my work. Here’s what you need to know about working together on a website project.

  • Step 1 - Discovery

    Before we dive in, I want to understand your needs. Fill out my questionnaire with some details about your project. I’ll review your inquiry and get back to you within 2 business days.

  • Step 2 - Chat

    We have a chat to discuss your project, goals, and timeline. We’ll make sure we’re a good fit and clarify any initial questions you have.

  • Step 3 - Proposal

    After our call, I’ll send over a proposal outlining the project scope, timeline, and investment. Once you’re happy with everything, you’ll sign the contract and pay a 25% deposit to book your spot.

  • Step 4 - Strategy

    I’ll kick off the creative direction with research and a moodboard to align with your vision. You’ll receive initial concepts for review.

  • Step 5 - Design

    I’ll design a mock-up of the homepage for your review and feedback.

  • Step 6 - Development

    I’ll build your site on Squarespace (or another platform we’ve agreed on). .

  • Step 7 - Launch & Support

    Once everything is finalised and approved, we’ll go live! I’ll provide a guide on how to use your site and a 14-day post-launch support period to answer questions.
